Reschedule anytime. Plans change — no problem. You can move your reservation to a new time whenever you need, even if your original time has already passed or you missed it. Just call or text us at (208) 733-0773.
Full refund before your start time. Cancel any time up until your reserved start time and we'll refund you 100%.
After your start time. We can't refund a missed reservation, but you can always reschedule it for another day — no charge.
This policy applies to attraction and private laser tag reservations. Birthday party bookings have a separate policy.
